1.1. This forum (“Forum”) operates under the name Pixeloza.fun, available at pixeloza.fun , and is dedicated to the Minecraft community.
1.2. The administrator and service provider is Juliusz Wójcik, (“Administrator”, “Service Provider”).
1.3. These Terms define the rules of using the Forum, including rights and obligations of Users and the Administrator.
1.4. By creating an account or using the Forum, the User accepts these Terms.
2.1. Using the Forum requires internet access and a device with a web browser.
2.2. The User is obliged to:
comply with Polish law and EU law,
respect other users,
not post illegal, harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission,
not attempt to hack, disrupt or abuse the Forum or the Minecraft server.
2.3. The Administrator may remove content violating the Terms or law.
3.1. Creating an account is voluntary and free.
3.2. The User must provide truthful information.
3.3. The User is responsible for securing their login credentials.
3.4. The Administrator may suspend or delete accounts that violate the Terms.
4.1. Users retain copyright to their content but grant the Administrator a non-exclusive license to display posts on the Forum.
4.2. Users must not upload:
malware or harmful scripts,
copyrighted material without consent,
content violating moral standards or the rights of others.
5.1. The Administrator is not liable for:
content posted by Users,
temporary technical interruptions,
damages arising from misuse of the Forum.
5.2. The Administrator will act promptly when notified of illegal content (art. 14 UŚUDE).
6.1. Complaints may be submitted to: support@pixeloza.fun
6.2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
7.1. Users may request account deletion at any time.
7.2. The Administrator may delete accounts that violate the law or Terms.
8.1. The Administrator may modify the Terms.
8.2. Users will be informed at least 7 days before changes take effect.
9.1. Any disputes are governed by Polish law and relevant EU regulations.
9.2. Consumer rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
